C4S bug - clips disappearing entirely
C4S currently has something going on that's making clips disappear entirely from stores. The only evidence they ever existed is within the clip performance statistics - they show with no thumbnail and when you try to manage clip or see statistics you get an error that the clip can't be found.
I noticed the first one for me on Sunday, literally a few hours after the clip had been purchased. Reported to support who sent it on to IT. Went to check if it had been restored yet today and found 4 more clips have disappeared. Haven't heard any update from IT so went to support chat again to report, only to be told there is no timeline for a fix.
So please check your clips and report to C4S support if there are any that have vanished. I feel like the bigger the issue the more urgently they will try to resolve it.
