Need help with a 7 day meal plan for protein gain

I recently started going to physio for my slipped disc and I have not eaten much since I quit binge drinking in February, im very overwhelmed and need all my protein daily so I can start hitting the gym and rebuilding stability in my spine. I need to eat healthy I cant eat high fat etc because unfortunately I smoke (im quitting that next) and its done a number on my arteries. Any advice would be helpful. I currently way around 215 lbs
