I came to TBC from MoP about a month ago. Leveled my rogue as thats what Ive been playing for over a decade, mainly pvp reasons. Holy hell, what a terrible experience Ive had. No HC dungeon invites, no raid invites, not even guild invites. Im not a bad player at all, I have many 95+ parses in Cata about a year ago. Some nights I sit for hours scouring LFG for anything to do. I feel very defeated.... Im asking for some advice, where to go & what I can do just so that I can play the game & be part of the community. Im considering canceling my sub as Im not having fun at all
this same fucking post is on this sub like 15 times a day. pick a different class or cancel your sub. rogues are useless parasites that bring nothing to a raid or dungeon environment that other classes can’t do significantly better and more efficiently.
all that rogues do is present a competitor to the other leather wearing DPS classes that actually contribute something to a raid roster other than their tears and constant bitching and moaning about “wHy CaN’t i GeT a GroUp?!?”.

Basically though, I consistently can't get progress on the bomb them again daily in blades edge. I throw the bombs, my bombs land and destroy the cannonball pile, but I get no quest credit. Google said to try logging in and out in the bombing area and that has never worked. I logged in an out elsewhere. Nope. Abandoned the quest and picked it back up. Nope. Went to a raid, killed lady vagoo, came back after a few hours. Nope.
I logged in and out all over the place including outside the bombing area, and eventually it started working. The next day, I stopped getting credit after the 5th bomb. Had to again relog all over the map 20 times or so and then magically it started working again.
Anyone have any experience with this? For reference I'm a druid in flight form. I don't know if flight form matters, might bring a regular flyer with me next time.
I am the warlock tank for Capernian in my guild, but in all fights it seems that I always get conflagged at least once during her phases. I know for sure that I am at least 30 yards away (I use seed of corruption as a marker), and there is nobody near me that is getting conflagged who is then spreading it to me. Any idea what could be causing her to do this?

Its a mega server/layer issue.
When people start raid logging, the number of active layers goes down.
5 active layers cant support a raiding population of 330k, as a result consume prices skyrocket.
Its impossible to farm enough consumables for so many players with so few active layers. We literally have 1/2 if not 1/3 the amount of layers we had 2-3months ago, because new layers arent being triggered since the majority of the playerbase is offline (raid logging).
Flask of relentless assault is 130g on spineshatter now. Every new day I check AH and the price has literally jumped by 5-10g from the day before. The same could be said for haste/destruction pot, everytime I check AH The price is a new highest. Im worried where this is heading.
I hope blizzard can come up with a fix for this issue. Otherwise I see players either resorting to swiping, or quitting the game in droves. This is not sustainable. Blizzards "hands off" approach for anniversary/classic is killing the game.
Please can yall start saying when your cut off is either in your post or when the group is put together this is 2 weeks in a row I’ve been cucked out of my full clear because these guilds want to quit out one or 2 bosses before finishing and setting up the follow up raid a night I’m unavailable… who tf raids on a Sunday night btw
Ran a Gruul yesterday. Rolled a 97 and a 99 on DST, raid lead immediately logs off. Sadge
It just feels like a very minor change that would really feel better. Battlegrounds are already casual enough.
So how long has it been a thing that haste effects also increase herb picking? Today I was camping a thistle that I was lucky enough to have spawn on me. I clicked it immediately and I STILL lost it to a mage who apparently used Icy Veins and low health Troll Berserking and possibly even a haste pot or other hastes to be able to pick in at least half the time it took me.
All I can say is what the flying fuck.
I am sure this has been answered but I can’t find it. What addon helps you decide if an item is an upgrade or not?
I understand (mostly) the stat priority weights but it’s been especially hard knowing if I need to need/ greed something in dgs at times

At first I thought it was Gathermate so I deleted the data and uninstalled it. But it's still updating and covering up the nodes. Asked a guildie if it could be leatrix and they said no. I disabled questie and still nada. Anyone know how to get rid of this, it's clogging my minimap and doesn't let me see if an actual node is there or not.

With all the negativity surrounding the pre vs post nerf discussion I wanted to share this. A message from the guild master after our first raid. We’re by no means a sweaty guild, we only demand consumables and any relevant gems + enchants on gear.
We use LC as loot method and I’ve never seen a more fair and transparent take on it. I even got one of the tier pants as a Hpriest (two dropped).
Find yourself a guild like this!

Best part of tbc for me was always the progression , and now there is none.

Get consumes for what ? Parses ? Never was my thing.

I don't want to let my guild down , there are great people there , but seeing the nerfed state and everything feels like a glorified loot piniata is sad , and I don't feel like logging.
I am thinking about just stopping, and waiting for classic plus In hope they won't screw this as well.
