I'm trying to find the title of an action movie from the 80s or 90s. Here's what I remember:

• A character jumps out of a plane without a parachute
• He's riding a surfboard, which he uses to glide through the air
• He lands on a snowy mountain using the surfboard (like snowsurfing)
• This happens at or near the end of the film
• The setting seems to be somewhere in Europe, possibly the Alps (Austria, Germany, or Italy)
• It was likely a TV movie (direct-to-TV), not a theatrical release
• I watched it on TV, probably in the late 80s or 90s

The stunt is very distinctive and unusual — no parachute, a surfboard used as a gliding device, landing on snow. Does anyone know this film?
