What do y'all do in ur lives

Hey everyone, I'm 18yo, and I just got my Baccalaureate. Today is July 1st, and honestly, since the results came out, I’ve been feeling completely lost and paralyzed. My days are currently slipping away in a loop of endless scrolling, watching movies or series, and gaming. Because of this, my attention span is completely fried; I literally cannot look at a book or try to understand a lesson for even a single minute without losing focus. I haven't started preparing for any concours yet, and the guilt is killing me. To break out of this, I’m thinking of a specific strategy: landing a job with manageable hours or shifts at places like BIM, Marjane, or Carrefour. I feel like having a job would be the perfect solution because it will force me to stay off my phone, slash my screen time, bring back some structure to my day, and make me appreciate my free time more so I can actually start prepping. Plus, I'll earn some pocket money, gain real-world experience, and stop just rotting in bed doing nothing. I want to ask you guys: how do I actually apply for these places in Morocco? Do I just walk in and hand my CV directly to the store manager? Also, for those who successfully balanced a summer job with concours prep, how did you manage your time and stay disciplined? Any advice, tips, or even some harsh truths to wake me up would be highly appreciated. Thanks!
