I am a frontend focused developer. I can do some backend work but very basic stuff. Now I want to properly learn backend development from the ground up. my stack is js/ts

Currently I am unemployed because my last company shut down. So I have time to focus.

Can you guys suggest me a learning path and good resources? What should I learn first? Any course or playlist you trust?

Just need a clear direction. Thanks in advance.
