Hi, all. After being very unfit with no physical activity for the past 4-5 years, I have picked up running to get my fitness back up.
For more background in 25M , 70kg , 176cm. I have been running 3 days a week for the past one month and am trying to follow a couch to 5k plan
I'm at week 5 where it says I need to run 3 mins without stop which is really hard for me and I'm not able to do so.
Also since the start my pace has also been the same which is very slow. It is around 10 min/km.
I have been running really slow. My average bpm is 150. Any tips on how to improve or is it normal to take a while to see improvements.
Also my calves burn when I run slower which makes it hard to run for 3 mins without stopping. Currently I run around 30 mins and reach close to 3km. How do I make it easier to run more time without stopping.
