UK spouse visa processing delay after additional evidence

I am writing regarding my UK spouse visa application submitted on 07/09/2025. The initial stage was reached on 26/02/2026, and approximately two months after that, we were asked to provide additional supporting documents, which we submitted within two days.
It has now been approximately four weeks since the additional evidence was submitted, and there have been no further updates. My husband also contacted his Member of Parliament about 11 days ago regarding the delay.
This waiting period has been very emotionally challenging for me, and it has been affecting my mental wellbeing due to the uncertainty and length of the process.
Based on your experience: How long did it take after submitting additional documents? Did MP involvement speed up the process or lead to a decision soon after? Any shared experiences would really help.
