She was replying fast for 3 days then suddenly went cold. What am I missing?
Met her on Hinge, conversation was going really well. Lots of back and forth, she was asking questions too. Then day 4 she starts taking hours to reply and giving one word answers. I haven't said anything weird. What usually causes this sudden shift and how do you handle it?

Why do good conversations suddenly go cold? I think I finally figured it out.
Been on dating apps for 2 years. Had so many conversations start great and then just die. I used to think it was bad luck. Then I noticed a pattern — I'd miss small signals that she was losing interest and keep texting the same way. The moment I started actually reading her energy instead of just responding to her words, my response rate went up massively. Curious if others have noticed this too
