Looking for a video editor to join the team for ongoing YouTube content. ($15 HOURLY) (simple work)

**The setup:**

• Every project comes with full written instructions and a consistent, simple step-by-step workflow
• You follow the same process per video type until you're proficient — no guessing, no reinventing the wheel each time
• All raw files, assets, and footage are provided
• Must use **Premiere Pro 2025 + After Effects 2025** (non-negotiable, project files are built around these versions)

**What I need from you:**

• Paid work only — no free trials, no "test edits for exposure"
• Reliability and ability to follow instructions exactly as written
• Comfortable working through a system rather than freelancing your own style
