Am I reactive hypoglycaemic ?

Hello, I’m kind of new to this whole thing and am trying to understand it alittle better.

After waking this morning I had 170grams of Greek yogurt (16grams of protein) alongside 2 slices of whole grain bread with 2 boiled eggs. After a couple of minutes my CGM showed a normal reading of 7.6 I felt fine then about 30-40mins later I felt a massive crash of energy, eyes felt heavy, and my brain was a little foggy so when I checked my CGM my levels had dropped to 4.8 and were indicating they were still dropping so I just had 1 glucose tablet a half a small sugary bar. A few mins later I felt fine. Would this possibly indicate reactive hypoglycaemia or are my sugars just crashing a bit. I don’t think even if I ate I would of dropped into a hypoglycaemic state but it’s hard to say obviously

Is it necessary to fast 72 hours

Is it necessary that I have to do the 72hour fast so they can get my blood results while I’m having a hypoglycaemic episode to see if I have insulinoma (which the doctors suspect) the idea of having to put myself in this situation gives me extreme anxiety and I don’t see myself lasting the whole time. But the doctors are saying I can’t get the endoscopic ultrasound and that they’ll only do it after I complete the fast. Is there anyway for me to avoid this?
I’m in Ireland
