I'm building Mash: A cross-platform AI agent that lives on your screen (virtually) and above it (physically). Would you pay for this?
Hey everyone,
I wanted to get some feedback on a project we are prototyping called Mash. We noticed a massive gap between standard software chatbots and dedicated physical workspace companions, so we decided to merge them.
Mash is a unified AI productivity agent. On your monitor, it runs as a lightweight, transparent glassmorphic desktop app (complete with a dynamic notch and fluid animations). In the physical world, it syncs with a screen-mounted hardware device. The "brain" state machine is perfectly mirrored across both platforms, complete with synchronized facial expressions.
What makes it a true productivity powerhouse:
Autonomous Task Execution: Integrated with Openclaw, Mash doesn't just give you instructions—it can execute complex, multi-step digital tasks directly across your system.
Context-Specific Brainpower: You can hot-swap between multiple LLMs and specialized modes: General (fast), Reasoning, Coding, and Agent mode.
Built-in Workspace Tools: Includes a dedicated task panel, customization settings, and a screen time tracker built directly into the UI.
We are fine-tuning the prototype right now and trying to gauge real market validation for a hybrid hardware/software companion.
Would you be willing to spend money on a hybrid hardware/software AI agent to upgrade your workflow?
