I arrived in Doha just 2 days ago from Pakistan, full of hope for a better future. The company that sponsored my visa promised me that I could change it to a suitable job once I arrived. But when I got here, everything changed — the rules are different now and I'm told I have to stay with the same company for a full year before any transfer.
The problem is — I'm a driver visa holder. But that's not who I am.
I have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (BSCS) and 2.5 years of IT Support experience. I came here to build a career, not to give up on everything I worked for.
I'm not asking for much. Salary is not my priority right now. All I need is someone who can offer me a job so my visa can be transferred before my QID is issued. Just one chance. Just one person willing to help.
