PCN yellowbox advice

PCN yellowbox advice

Hello I have a question about appealing a fine for stopping in a yellowbox that you folks may be able to help with.

The box is at a set of traffic lights just outside Shepherds Bush station in London, I was at the front of the queue. The lights turned green and the exit of the box was clear, but as I pulled forward a bus ran a red light and entered the box blocking it.

This meant I had to stop inside the yellow box, unless I slammed my brakes on - which would have been dangerous.

Planning on appealing this as there was not much I could do, however unsure which option to pick in the form pictured.

"The contravention did not occur seems" the most logical choice. But I'm worried that they will just say that I did stop in a yellow box so it doesn't count.

Is there anything else I can do about this?

Edit: thanks for the comments, I've now submitted the appeal. I was 99% sure I had the right option but thought I'd post on here to see what people said as my cynical brain went straight to what if they use picking the wrong option as an excuse to reject the appeal. (Also not going to lie I wanted to vent a bit as well)

Thanks

Probably a billion of these posts but there you go.

I signed up to outlier as a means to do something with extra time and pull some cash in while I try to get a bespoke software development business off the ground

Got my unceremonious boot from aether last night (UK time) after around 60 hours or so of task time logged over the course of a 2 and a bit months. Seemingly happened as I went over the $1000 mark which is interesting.

The only feedback I got from the many thousands of tasks submitted was a 1 with just the phrase "In correction in terms and words"

Oddly as well I got the kick email 6 times over the space half an hour. Like, jeez I get it I'm going....

Anyone else that's been booted off, how did it happen? How much feedback did you get? Does anyone know if the people providing the feedback are actual scale labs employees or other taskers? although in my case it seems to be a chimp that was hitting a keyboard...
