CKD Cat Refusing Renal Food After Spay + Tumour Surgery She’s Vomiting. Recovery Advice Needed

My cat (17 month old tabby indie kitty) has CKD and recently underwent both spay + tumour removal surgery. Recovery was going okay initially, but around day 5 post-op she started vomiting after her CKD values spiked.
Unfortunately, she managed to get out of her donut collar, licked the stitches, and that kinda reopened the outer incision. Thankfully the inner stitches had already healed completely, but the outer layer had to be restitched. After that she was actually doing well for around 6 days .. calm, keeping the cone intact, eating her food (royal canine fit 32 with sheba bonito) and healing nicely. But during her daily dressing and injections we had to give her treats(sheba) or else she wouldn’t let anyone touch her and would become very stressed and aggressive. The vet says because of treats and protein rich food her CKD levels spiked again and she’s now vomiting whatever she’s eating.
The biggest struggle now is food. She absolutely refuses renal food both renal gravy/wet food and renal kibble. I’m feeling stuck because she needs to eat, but I also don’t want her CKD to worsen again and trigger more vomiting.
For those who’ve managed CKD cats after surgery:
How did you transition them to renal food?
Did anyone have success with mixing foods, warming food, toppers, etc.?
What did you do when your cat completely rejected prescription renal diets?
How did you balance post-surgery nutrition with CKD restrictions?
Would really appreciate advice or experiences from people who’ve gone through something similar😞🙏🏻 please.. Any suggestions, advice, or shared experiences would be greatly helpful
