My favourite ginger kitten, whom I feed every day, went missing for more than 3 days. I was extremely worried because apartment residents told me that he might have died from fever or could have been attacked by a dog.
Thankfully, he came back home today after 4 days. But he is in a very bad condition.
He is extremely weak and mostly just lying down. He isn't drinking water or milk and isn't eating curd rice, chicken or well-cooked mutton. Before he disappeared, I had already noticed that something was wrong. I gave him curd rice in the morning and well-cooked mutton without masala in the afternoon, but he wouldn't eat. He was sitting with his front paws together and making very sad/weak meowing sounds.
Now his sibling, the little calico kitten, is sitting near him and looking at him as if she is worried and trying to help him. 😢
I have attached photos of them.
I am very worried because I may have around 12 hours before I can take him to a vet. What can I safely do tonight to keep him comfortable and give him the best chance until he gets veterinary treatment?
He is not drinking and not eating anything. Please tell me what I should and shouldn't do.

It’s Day 3 of my fundraiser for my 3-year-old cat Simba, who is fighting FIP.
When I started this fundraiser, I needed ₹55,000 for his treatment. On Day 1, with the kindness of a few people, I received ₹3,000.
I am incredibly grateful to everyone who helped.
But today is Day 3, and I still need ₹52,000 to continue Simba’s treatment.
I have already tried everything I could from my side. I managed to arrange around ₹10,000 by selling my gold earrings and used it to buy two vials for Simba. I never imagined I would have to sell something precious to me just to keep my cat’s treatment going, but Simba means everything to me.
I also tried putting Simba on oral medication because I couldn’t keep affording the injections, but unfortunately, it isn’t helping enough. His treatment needs to continue.
Simba is weak and inactive, and watching him struggle while I’m desperately trying to arrange his medicine is heartbreaking.

I honestly don’t know what else to do anymore. I have tried everything I can to keep Simba’s FIP treatment going, but I haven’t been able to get help to buy his GS vials.
Because I couldn’t arrange the money for the injections, I had to put Simba on oral medication for now. But unfortunately, it is not helping him the way we need it to. I’m extremely worried because FIP treatment cannot simply be stopped, and every day matters.
Simba is only 3 years old. He is already fighting so hard, and I’m desperately trying not to give up on him. I have asked for help repeatedly, but there is no response and I feel completely helpless watching him get worse.
I’m not asking for anything unnecessary — I just want to be able to continue the treatment he needs.

Rascal is, in theory, a street cat.
In practice, he shows up for a meal at 4:30 pm sharp every day, often lounges near my house, and understands enough Tamil to comprehend he's about to be fed. One occasionally sees him at one of the windows, peering intently at the goings-on in our household.
I have no idea how old he is. He just began showing up one day and has been doing so for a while. For nearly a year now.
I live thousands of kilometres away from Chennai, but make it a point to call out his name when I'm in town. It's often silence and crow-caws, but I occasionally hear the patter of tiny feet and a distant meow.
I miss this goofball.
I just want to ask for any precautions and after care advise from people who have already gone through the process for their pets.
A stray cat came to my door around 11:15pm, I didn’t even know he was there. I saw him when I went to turn off all the lights outside. He was just sitting there, and I don’t know how long he had been there. When I saw him, I immediately ran to him saying, “Baby, you’re here at this time?” because this is a wild area, a hills area. And yeah, I guess he didn’t get his hunt tonight. I opened the door and he ran into my kitchen, checking everything, yk. He was hungry asf. But I’m sorry, I’m not a pet parent, so I didn’t have any cat or dog food in my house. Today, even the eggs were finished. All I had was milk and curd. First, I gave him some milk and he drank only a small amount because I know this isn’t food for him. But the second thing I had was curd(Sorry ik curd also isn't his real food list)At first, I was nervous about whether he would even eat it or not, but he cleaned the whole bowl. The curd was pure and thick, so I gave him a small amount again, and he did the same thing. I ended up feeding him 4–5 times, around 200g in total. Now I’m out of curd too, and I’m sorry, guys, this is all I had tonight. He never visited me before this time for a meal. He always gets his food from hunting because he’s a wild cat.
Hii, I've never had a pet cat, or interacted with a cat before in my life. There are at least 4 cats on my campus (I live in the campus hostel), one mother and 3 are her kittens. I've ordered them dry kitten food, treats, biscuits and bowls after googling how to feed them. The most important things I want to ask are -
how do I make sure I'm not overfeeding them?
should I get them groomed or when should I get them checked up
how do I protect myself from diseases and itches because after interacting with them, I end up getting red bumps on my legs even after showering, and it really itches. it's okay if it's nothing serious, but I want to make sure it doesn't escalate.
I interact with them regularly, at all times of the day to feed them and play with them, so showering every time isn't possible.
also, the kittens end up eating the food I bring for their mom, how do I control that 😭
Is there any special care I have to take since they're stray cats and roam around a lot?
they don't scratch me since they're quite comfortable with me now, just try to climb up on me etc. is there any particular thing I shouldn't do with them that'd harm them or upset their mom?
