Reading of CAT scan
38 year old female ( at birth) history of hydrocephalus, shunted since 1989, grade IV stoke at birth in 1988. On Emgality, nutec, topamax. 5’4 and over 300lbs. History of a. Blood clot disorder and cerebral palsy.
Had a head CT and shunt series due to facial swelling, headache, nausea and shunt valve pain on a Friday.
They did not explain the reading to me, they said, ‘ everyone has brain stones.’
Keep in mind the mri I had in 2022 the finding ? Had allegedly been there since 2016.
