What’s the best car service to take me from Eastchester to arrive at JFK around 5:30am? Don’t want to rely on Uber. Going on a trip in a couple of days. TIA
I was on Wegovy for about a year. Lost 42 pounds. Then started to feel globus sensation and slight difficulty swallowing in the evening. No other symptoms. No Reflux, no heartburn. Stopped taking Wegovy (thought that might be the cause). Went to an ENT and was diagnosed with Silent GERD and put on Omeprazole. Took it for over 6 months daily and didn’t really notice much difference in symptoms. Decided to stop. After a few days, I had a big meal. Next day, felt a terrible mid-epigastric pain, bloating, pain radiating to my back. Sweating etc. only thing that slightly helped was drinking hot water and deep palpitation of my stomach. Went and had an EGD. Found a 3cm HH. Back on pantoprazole (doesn’t seem to help).
I have no “typical” symptoms of GERD. No “burning” or coughing, no sore throat no heartburn. I don’t know of any exact “triggers” yet. Other than eating a bit too much. It’s been a few months. It’s miserable because I could have what I think is an “ok” meal, then wake up to pain. Will I ever get back to normal?

In years past, a “players only” meeting would’ve taken place. With Lindor injured, and his ego “hurt” (that he wasn’t named team captain, no one is willing to be the leader of the clubhouse. Where then does that responsibility fall when there is no “team captain?” The manager. Mendoza has never once gotten angry or called anyone out in his time as Mets manager. It’s a disgrace. This team has no heart, the manager holds no one accountable for anything.
