AVP M5 + Gen 2 Developer Strap
Hey guys,
Waiting on my Gen 2 developer strap to arrive. Initially I just wanted it so I could use an Ethernet - USB C dongle and hard wire my AVP for game streaming from my desktop PC through moonlight / Apollo.
Does anyone know what would be the best speeds I could achieve? 5Gbps? My dongle supports up to 10gb. Just wondering what the developer strap USB C can handle?
As the lack of WiFi 7 makes it hard to get a steady 5k high bitrate / quality stream.
I was just wondering what other things can I do with the dev strap?
I also have an Elgato 4KX capture card. Could I use that to output my steam deck etc?
Can you connect a hub to the dev strap? If so would a powered hub be needed?
Can I transfer data from let’s say a USBC ssd?
If I get VR controllers what’s the best way to play PC / Steam VR games on my AVP?
Any other cool things that can be done?
