All responses from Support are 100% irrelevant - how do I escalate within Micro1?
I'm certified. Applied for my first role, successfully completed and saved the interview. All good so far. I started completing the exercise, had only used up less than half the available time for it, when the Micro1 platform suddenly refreshed the page and presented me with a blank white page. No error message, no buttons, nothing.
I have tried in absolute vain to obtain a coherent, relevant response from Micro1's Support (via support@micro1.com), to no avail. I asked where my interview has gone, how I can complete the exercise, and what happened to ensure it doesn't happen again. Every single reply is either Zara's AI generated "clear you cache" nonsense, or what appears human-written 100% irrelevance. Eg. the email I received this morning was "You have to wait for feedback on your interview" - when nothing in my issue or problem statement is even about interview feedback.
I have requested escalation to break free from this mess at least 5 times, all ignored by Support.
How can I obtain competent and professional responses from Micro1?
