Just signed a lease deal in Canada for a 2027 Q6

I noticed a fee that we never has before on our previous Audi lease contracts:

“Keyless Remote Replacement/Anti-theft”

It’s been described by the dealer as.

“That item is one of the internal fees for every new and used car. It's a program from Audi that protects you in case of a key loss (1 free key replacement) or if the vehicle is stolen - Audi will give you 5,000$ to apply towards a new car purchase.
It was always there; it goes into upfront payments together with some other fees.”

However, as mentioned above, it’s the first time i see that fee. It also sounds something that should be an optional warranty.

So, do any of you have had this as well and do you know if you can out?
