Why is "Empathic Accuracy" one of Sister Sage's Special Skills? We haven't seen her shoot a single Empath

My example animation is just rotating on the X-Axis. I'm not sure how to get the "twisting" of the reference jump.

It looks good with just x rotation, but when I add Y or Z axis rotating to the jump, it just becomes a flopping unnatural mess. I want the character to twist without ruining the dive
