Terrible for E-gift cards
Tried to send my niece an e-gift card for her birthday, received an email confirmation and then a notice of cancellation. Called was told I needed to respond to a verification email (that I never received).
Figured it was a mistake. Tried to order a second card today. Again, received a confirmation email, but never the actual E gift card. Tried to call distorted out with customer service, but was told that there was nothing they could do. Super unhelpful. It still don’t have a card to send. Tired of trying.
Just poorly manage all around
