Hello all!

I’m looking for help finding a podcast that I listened to and really enjoyed a few years back, though the name eludes my memory. It was a sci-fi podcast about a radio show/message that seemed to drive people insane and cause plant life to mutate and become violent. The characters involved were a detective who was presumably a cigar smoking alien (the cigar’s ember seemed to change color with his mood), and a cop who was a lesbian. Unfortunately, that’s all I can remember. This has been driving me insane for a good 2 years at least. Please, for the love of god, if anyone has even the slightest clue what this show is called, HELP ME.
