Would oats be "low gluten"?

I fortunately dont have coeliac. But I have an inflammatory condition that is worsened by gluten, so I'm gluten free. I can eat small amounts of gluten without issue, but too much tips my body into inflammation and not a fun time.

I know most oats can't be officially "gluten free" because they're processed alongside wheat and barley. But I eat a lot of other foods that have "may contain" because they were processed in the same place as gluten-containing foods. Are oats the same? Are they "may contain" or are they "do contain"? I'm finding it hard to work out.

I'm in Australia, so anyone who knows the answer for our oat processing systems, let me know!

Edit: typo and my dumb brain said I have an autoimmune condition instead of an inflammatory condition

Just learnt lean PCOS is a thing!

I've been diagnosed with PCOS for years. And always felt out of place because weight hasn't been an issue for me. I've been to many doctors and specialists over the years but was at a fertility specialist this week and she casually said "lean PCOS" when discussing my health. I can't believe no one ever told me there was a subcategory name for this.

I'm keen to find a group for lean PCOS because I feel like an intruder in main PCOS groups because weight is such a big focus. And I'm very grateful that I don't have to deal with that as a symptom. But I'm over all the advice for PCOS being "lose weight, eat better" because I already do.

So, hello all. I'm keen to look around and learn what works well for people like us.
