For those of you in pharma or med device roles- how do you stay healthy active and with so much travel?

Hello- I was a nurse educator.liasion for a specialty pharmaceutical company and feel my experience is better aligned for these types of roles although the job search has been brutal. I feel like I may finally land a job which I am really excited about, but I am definitely nervous as I am a pretty active person and with this being a new launch, they are not totally sure of the territory or travel requirements. It would be mostly driving I don;t think flying at all for me but they don't know metrics, KPIs etc so I am unsure how much I would be driving per day or where. But my question is what does your typical day look like especially if you are really active? TIA!
