Ticket name change, student to non-student
Hi everyone,
I'm writing to ask about a ticket I've already purchased, as I may need to make a name change.
The situation is as follows: the person who was originally going to attend with me was a student (and the ticket was purchased under that condition at the time), but a different person will be coming instead, and he is not a student. I have a few questions:
Does the ticket include the holder's name or not?
If it does include a name, is it mandatory to change it if a different person ends up attending?
If a change is required, is there an additional cost due to the category difference (student to non-student), and what is the procedure to carry it out?
Additionally, I've been trying to contact the Le Mans organisation for several days through different email addresses without receiving any reply. Does anyone know which official contact channel is currently working, or have a phone number or contact form that has actually been effective?
