We unexpectedly have a spare night. We don't want to be in Split or Trogir because we already have three days in Split.

I have a very nice home with plenty of work space, and a dedicated guest room with dedicated guest bathroom. It's 5 minutes drive to a train station to NYC (one hour train). I have two healthy cats and a pool, though I might arrange to have the pool closed halfway through the sit. You will need to be able to drive as the area is not walkable and Uber/Lyft are not reliable here.
