I read a lot about the mood symptoms that come with PMDD, of course.

But I may suffer even more from the physical symptoms, things like: dizziness, extreme fatigue, neck pain, forgetfulness, a heavy and tight feeling in my head, and headaches. On top of that come feelings of anxiety and low mood.

I know my symptoms are hormone-related, but especially the physical symptoms are so debilitating. Does anyone else recognize that the physical symptoms can be this intense?
