Thoughts on Sonic the Hedgehog's more metal songs
So, for those who are unaware, Sonic the Hedgehog's music throughout the 1990/2000s was metal adjacent with hard rock songs etc and was actually I believe my gateway into metal as even from a little ass 3 year old hearing the riffs of 'Escape from the City' and 'Live and Learn', I knew I liked whatever the instruments and vocals were doing, despite not being metal.
In recent times with the games, the songs have gone in a more nu-metal/metalcore direction and I wanted to know what the people who don't know/play Sonic think of them!
