I have been reading arguments that Gem Strength should be nerfed or made more common. I didn't really have an opinion but I got the roll yesterday and I was giga pumped, it was like finding a high rune in D2. I need that feeling in the game. This is a looting game, it needs more long term chase items/drops/rolls that create big time excitement when you get them.
