will this be enough?

tw weight and calories!

just some background i lost my period in january from rapid weight loss and eating less than 1000c, i am currently 5’3 97lbs and am hoping to know if my plan will be a enough to get my period back.

i am an athlete so stopping training is not really an option but i will try to eliminate cardio as much as possible. calorie wise is 2200 good? i know most people recommend 2500 but my maintenance is around 1700 so 2200 should be a big surplus. especially if i plan to prioritize carbs + fats. i’m gonna aim for 120g carbs and 50g fats as much as i can and around 60g protein (i heard high protein can make period recovery harder). also is it better to jump to eating 2200 or build up to it?

thanks any tips will be greatly appreciated!

tw weight and calories!!!!!!

hi so for context i’m 16 5’3 and >!97!<lbs. in october i was about >!118!<but then decided to lose weight. i started with a deficit of >!1200c!<but that sort of started a downward spiral into eating less than >!900!<most days and exercising a lot + compensating if ykwim. my last period was in january and the past couple weeks i’ve been getting more worried about its absence. ive been trying to eat more and prioritize fats but the problem is whenever i eat over >!1200!<i just feel so guilty and i am terrified of weight gain. i am also a very active athlete so stopping activity is not really an option. my parents/friends have noticed my weight loss but no one knows about my disordered eating or missing period. i just dont exactly know where/how to start on my own so any and all advice is appreciated (like what i should prioritize etc etc)
