I almost always feel my worst when waking up
Extremely fatigued and run down feeling. So sore I barely feel like moving. I feel like I'll fall over or pass out if I try to go too fast. It takes me a couple hours to even feel like getting out of bed or moving and I really can't be doing that if I want to take on more responsibilities in my life. Or just feel like I'm not wasting a lot of my time.
This is my number one barrier I've still been dealing with since having covid is how I feel after waking up no matter how good I sleep. It's like my body resets back to a bad state.
