Just had a 7373fl installed and just wanting some guidance on how to use it.

Main struggle seems to be that the zones seem quite small that anything above a 22cm pan needs to use the flex zone. I’m wondering if you can use larger pans on the other zones or do they not work?

Unfortunately my lecreust are 28 and 32 and while cooking eggs on it was a bit slower than gas, I found cooking meat to be a bit finicky as definitely not used to the heat levels yet.

Any tips/ videos you could suggests would really appreciate :)
