For anyone that has moved into the Deanwood. Any thoughts or issues?

I am new to Barrie, and looking at this building for a two bedroom.

I am going to be working at RVH and looking for any recommendations on apartment buildings to check out or steer clear of. Looking for 2 bedrooms under 2400.
