Help on assessing dent on used G9

Hi,

I recently bought a used G9 on what I thought was a good deal (ca 350€). However, upon closer inspection I noticed dents in the lugs and scratches on top of the mode dial (see pictures). Now I am unsure if this is from fall damage and if I should keep it or return it.

Photos of text are sharp evenly across the frame with 2.8 @ 40 mm, IBIS sounds normal, the damaged lug is as stable as the lug on the other side, mode dial feels solid.

What do you guys think?
