Can I get opinions about those nests?

Maybe some of you are using those nests and can give honest opinion? I’m looking at the model with thermostat and heating as it can potentially remove some cable shenanigans and make my life easier.

Is she a queen?

Hello ant lovers!
I’ve just received my first ant which is supposed to be a queen of Rhytidoponera metallica.
Can you guys confirm it is indeed a queen of this species? I’ll post more pictures in comments.
I hope this is begin of my journey into this hobby so any tips are appreciated.
