UK Users - Have any of you taken your case as far as the hearing?

I’m a UK based user, whose account was hacked, and I’ve basically been forced to litigate because Meta completely refused to offer any human engagement despite the proof of the hack being right there in their own log files.

They eventually admitted that I had indeed been hacked, but have consistently failed to provide me with a meaningful route to restoration. My personal profile and my business assets are still unavailable to me. My case is fairly airtight, but I want to make sure I’m fully prepared for any last-minute wriggling by Meta.

Any other UK users in the same boat? How did your hearing go? What did the judge order Meta to do?

Thank in advance for sharing your experiences.

Response From Meta

I filed my suit against Meta last week, for wrongful disablement of my business assets, and a false allegation of interference by an Insta account I did not own.

This week I have received a response from their Small Claims team asking for details of the assets so they can investigate.

Is this Meta getting ready to settle? I have strong evidence of hacking which I have sent them. Is this year long nightmare almost over?
