I recently got an offer from WPP Media Bangalore for an Associate Director role. On the other hand I have an offer from a new D2C cookware brand for a Digital & Content Strategy role. I am confused about which one to go with. If anyone has any details on work life balance, work culture, etc. from WPP please share the same in comments so it's easier for me to make the decision.
