Does Salesforce India offer opportunities to work on international/overseas projects?
I have an AMTS offer from Salesforce India and was wondering how international opportunities work within the company.
I’m not necessarily talking about permanently relocating abroad. I’m curious whether, after gaining some experience in India, employees can get opportunities to:
- work on a 1–2 year project/assignment in another country
- temporarily relocate to another Salesforce office
- work closely with international teams and potentially travel for projects/conferences
- internally move to offices like Dublin, Singapore, London, etc. later in their career
For people currently working at Salesforce India (especially AMTS): does this actually happen, and how realistic is it? Is it generally based on business need/team/project, or is there a formal internal mobility program?
Would also love to hear from anyone who has personally made an India → international move within Salesforce.
