hello people of reddit!

a few questions!

1. would this be achievable from home?
   my hair is already multi coloured blue and is in a pretty healthy state.

2. would the blue eventually stain the blonde?

3. what is the best way to achieve this?
   e.g bleach whole head and add blue, bleach part of the hair etc
