Upper inner thigh shape?????

Hi,

Following on from the person asking about her shoulders no longer fitting her dresses. I’m in a similar situation but with the very top part of my thigh, which curves out very suddenly (idk how to describe exactly), especially on the inner part.

Im a model and I need to get this specific measurement down for fit purposes. It feels like a mix of fat and muscle too I think?

I’m thinking of maybe working my lower thigh muscles out more so that they take on more load vs the upper muscles??? Currently I focus on upper body lifting, core stuff and a little bit of running + cycling. Not interested in losing weight at all but trying to figure out if there’s any way to recomp this? Thanks
