how do i make a bunker hatch that opens like to a base underground its for a tank

same person who asked if i should soft reset for a shiny starter here, im on route 3 with a bagon using my oricorio to get it to sos call but it just isnt!!!

its at red hp, it has no status condition(though i am burned), and it has called maybe 3 times and only gotten maybe 2 answers in the atleast 20 turns i have been in the battle with this piece of crap

EDIT: I HAD TO KILL IT I USED ALL OF MY HELPING HAND AND GROWL PP AND IT TOOK ATLEAST 80 TURNS IT DIDNT CALL ONCE SINCE BEFORE THE EDIT, LET ALONE GET ANSWERED

i have recently purchased a 3ds and a fresh copy of pokemon ultra sun. the copy of ultra sun came earlier than expected, so i currently have a game but no console XD. this will be my first playthrough and im going in sorta blind. should i do soft resets for a shiny starter because i am unsure if having a shiny starters outweighs the possuble time it could take
