Do You Think Star Fox ‘26 Will Have a Teaser for the Next Game?

If Star Fox ‘26 has a teaser for the next game, what do you think it could be? Could it be a teaser for the rumored “Adventure-style” game? Maybe a post-credits scene showing Sauria? Something with Miyu & Fay? This is just meant to be fun speculation. There actually being any kind of teaser for a new game is anyone’s guess.

Do You Think We’ll Ever Get a Game That Adapts “Farewell Beloved Falco”

FBF is what comes next in the timeline, and they went out of their way to reference “Free As a Bird” on Falco’s jacket in SF26. (I know “Free As a Bird” was originally mentioned in the SF64 Strategy Guide but it was most prominent in FBF). They might just go in a completely different direction in this new continuity but I could see them at least diving more into Falco and Katt’s past in SF26 given the greater focus on story and lore. And if not in that game, I could see a future game exploring it.

Who Would You Think Will Be Re-Introduced First: Krystal or Miyu & Fay?

Let me preface this by saying I want all of these characters to come back, and I think they will eventually get brought back. I’m just curious about whether people think all 3 of them would be introduced at once, or if they’ll be gradually brought back.

And what kind of storyline do you think would re-introduce these characters?

(PS: The post is asking who do you think would be re-introduced first or do you think all of them will be introduced at once. It’s not saying pick one or the other 😭)

I Love the Little Details in These Cutscenes So Far 😂

Here we have:

-Slippy nerding out over the stable warp channel

-Fox and Falco barely paying attention to him while they play what looks like holographic chess

-Fox casually moves one piece (Which I’m assuming was a winning move)

-Falco looks down at the board, his eyes widen (and his mohawk perks up a little bit 💀), and then he subtly shakes his head

-Fox casually walks off after winning the game 😂

I’m loving the attention to detail and character interactions in these cutscenes! I can’t wait to see the rest of them! 😁

Favorite Version of the Star Fox Logo?

Personally, my favorite is the Assault logo but green (last pic). I think it captures the Sci-Fi essence of the series the best. I also think green is the best color for the logo. I really wish the new game used that logo instead of going back to the SNES logo.

Also, I love the fox tail as it’s always a nice touch. I didn’t like how Zero & Guard removed the fox tail from the logo.

It’s also interesting how the logo changed so drastically between the SNES games and 64. It almost doesn’t look like they‘re part of the same series except for the words “Star Fox.” 😅 That being said, I was never the biggest fan of the 64 logo 😬. I don’t like the very angular look to the letters and how it ditched the fox tail.

The Adventures logo is like an interesting mixture of the SNES and 64 logos. It has the letter shapes of the 64 logo with the fox tail of the SNES logos, but the tail goes up instead of down. I think yellow was a bit of an odd choice for the color though.

Which version of the logo is your favorite?

What Would You Like to See in a Re-Imagining of Star Fox Adventures?

For me, I’d want it to basically be like Star Fox Event Horizon’s version of the Adventures storyline. Have Fox and Krystal working together for the entire game. Let Fox use his blaster on foot while Krystal uses her staff. Give us a mixture of Arwing and on-foot exploration. Another thing they could do is have Krystal ride on a CloudRunner while Fox flies his Arwing (like in Event Horizon lol). They could also properly develop Fox and Krystal’s relationship over the course of the game (rather than have Fox instantly pining for her because he thinks she‘s hot). Have Falco come back sooner than at the very end of the game. Have Slippy and Peppy be more involved in the story. Flesh out the lore of Sauria more (go into more detail about the different tribes and their relationships). I would also love if they tied the conflict on Sauria to the lore of the Lylat System (Event Horizon did a great job of this by having Shears be the one who provided the Sharpclaw with Cornerian technology.)

Finally, I think they should completely remove Andross from the story. The twist with him came completely out of nowhere. I’d rather they flesh out Scales as a villain more. If they really wanna have Scales being manipulated by a bigger foe, they could have Drakor be the main villain of the game (That’s what was gonna happen in the original game anyway).

I also like the idea of Krystal being raised on Sauria after Cerinia was destroyed. (Another story element from Event Horizon).

Finally, I would get rid of the 8-year timeskip between 64 & Adventures. I never really liked that long gap because it forces Peppy to retire by the time of Adventures, and it removed the opportunity to tell a bunch interesting stories during that time. I would make the game take place no more than one year after the Lylat Wars, that way it hasn‘t been a ridiculously long time since the last game and Peppy could still be a pilot. Another thing they could do is have an Adventures reimagining take place after a reimagining of Star Fox 2 or a game with an original plot.

What would you like to see?

I Really Wonder How They’re Gonna Do This Scene with the New Designs 😅

I wonder if they’re gonna keep this scene in the new game 💀. I don’t think I’m ready to see them running with those awkward animal legs 😅.

I love how they highlight Fox & Falco’s rivalry here, and the friendly competitiveness between them. They’ve always had that dynamic, but it’s been much more understated until now. Between this, the James prologue, and Slippy nerding out about science stuff, I like how they’re making more of an effort to flesh out the characters. (Even though I’m not the biggest fan of the realistic animal designs 😬)
