So I have a combo in my deck I am unsure about. The scenario: Massacre girl enters and the effect is doubled by Yarok, the desecrated so every card gets -2/-2. anything dying adds another -1/-1 counter. Gruff Triplets are on the board and Yroks trigger made Gruff proc twice so one main Gruff card and 4 token copies. If enough creatures are on the board when a total of -3/-3 is applied from massacre girl do all of the Gruffs die at once or does one die causing Gruffs ability to trigger and make the rest 6/6s and then add a -1/-1 to the massacer girl trigger. If it is the latter and enough creatures are on the board and die to massacre girls' counters i can in turn have one gruff left at 42/42.
