Maintaining Routines
I always hear how important consistent routines are for people with bpd. I always want to build a healthy routine with consistent habits but it genuinely feels like I am incapable of this. Am I doing it wrong? How do I keep literally any sense of routine when my nervous system fights it so aggressively?
