I have a Nikon Z6III, Nikkor 24-120/4 S, the DJI RS4 Mini, the Nikon compact outdoor tripod, and a HAFOKO top handle with 4 cold shoes. I am looking to purchase a wireless lavalier kit, a midrange/budget shotgun mic, a standing RBG COB light with softbox, a flash, and maybe a monitor in the future.
I am looking to be shooting outdoor flash photography, wedding videos, real-estate, and social media reels for restaurants/businesses. I was looking into purchasing the Hollyland LARK MAX 2 Ultimate Combo 2-Person Wireless Microphone System for Cameras and Mobile Devices from B&H, the RODE VideoMic NTG, either the Night Eagle cage kit for Nikon Z6III OR the Z6III Camera Cage Kit, a NEEWEER CB100C 130W RGB LED Video Light, and the NEEWER 65CM Octagonal Softbox.
My main dilemma that I'm facing is that the RS4 Mini with my current lens + the HOFOKO handle simply will not balance, the lens is too long and the gimbal is just too little. I have thought of getting a smaller lens and I think that would solve the issue. BUT if I end up getting the cage and stacking on microphones and other things I think it would be too much for the gimbal.
Should I return the DJI RS4 Mini? I'm still in the return window. I'm just worried about gimbal weight as I am a woman and need to do more arm workouts apparently. Thoughts on my theoretical set up?
