So ito na, may nakita kasi akong lote na binebenta sa Lagro, QC. Halos katabi lang ng Public Highshool. 100sqm. Ang cost ay 2.6m at puwede through Pag-IBIG. 'Yung nasa pic, yan mismo yung lot. Medyo makipot ano?

Fair price na ba yung presyo ng lote, considering na puwede through pag-ibig at nasa Lagro, QC siya? Next, kung kukunin namin, gusto sana namin, gawing 6 door apartment.

Keri ba yung 6 door apartment sa 100sqm lot?

Tapos ibabank loan yung for construction. May mga pinanuod ako, lahat lahat kasama na permits and all and standard finish nasa 4.6m (though may mga parts din kasi sila na pinabago & inimprove na materials).

Better kaya tong plan na to compared na kukuha nalang ng foreclosed property na need lang ng unting renovation lang tapos pwede na ipa-upa? Pero ang pricing nun is 1.8m-2.5m pero yung location is iba iba (depende kung saan may open, pwede sa SJDM, Cavite, etc.)

Lastly, mas okay kaya na gawin nalang naming bahay instead of apartment?

For context: My husband and I has a total net income of one seventyK only :( currently in a condo in QC which costs thirteenK/month, have 2 cars (1 paid off, yung isa kaka-1 year lang which is thirtyK/month), we also have 3 kids (incoming gr. 7, incoming kinder 2, and a 3 yr old).

Problem/Goal: Social media addict. Huhu.

Hi! I'm 30 yrs old (F), and I have been working from home for almost 4 years now. Almost 2 years na sa current client ko and honestly, super gaan lang ng ginagawa and it pays well. Pero despite the light workload, most of the times, may misses and sobra akong mag procrastinate. My main distraction? Scrolling sa phone ko. Adik sa sa FB, Threads, Reddit. I love reading posts and commenting pero 'yun nga, naapektuhan na work ko. Actually, kahit on site ako dati, same distraction since allowed ako magdala ng phone sa production area because of my position. I researched naman na 'yung mga ways to avoid using phone while working, even took a training for it pero sobrang hirap i-apply. Feeling ko may ADHD ako because of it. Please help a girl out para naman maka feel ako ng satisfaction every time na magla-log out ako kasi may naging productive ang day ko sa work. Thanks!
