So ito na, may nakita kasi akong lote na binebenta sa Lagro, QC. Halos katabi lang ng Public Highshool. 100sqm. Ang cost ay 2.6m at puwede through Pag-IBIG. 'Yung nasa pic, yan mismo yung lot. Medyo makipot ano?
Fair price na ba yung presyo ng lote, considering na puwede through pag-ibig at nasa Lagro, QC siya? Next, kung kukunin namin, gusto sana namin, gawing 6 door apartment.
Keri ba yung 6 door apartment sa 100sqm lot?
Tapos ibabank loan yung for construction. May mga pinanuod ako, lahat lahat kasama na permits and all and standard finish nasa 4.6m (though may mga parts din kasi sila na pinabago & inimprove na materials).
Better kaya tong plan na to compared na kukuha nalang ng foreclosed property na need lang ng unting renovation lang tapos pwede na ipa-upa? Pero ang pricing nun is 1.8m-2.5m pero yung location is iba iba (depende kung saan may open, pwede sa SJDM, Cavite, etc.)
Lastly, mas okay kaya na gawin nalang naming bahay instead of apartment?
