My boyfriend & I (25M & 28F) are doing LD due to his job. We've been together over a year and did this last summer as well. I find it to be really manageable to have him gone - I miss him like crazy, but Im extremely social and have a great group of friends. But boy howdy, when we have to leave eachother after a weekend visit - its fucking brutal. I keep expecting the good-bye part to get easier, and it really doesnt. We have another visit already on the books - and we do a lot of stuff to keep the romance alive. So Im not really looking for advise or anything, just trying to see if there are others out there who know what its like to commiserate with. Thanks!
