can anyone show me their clutch play at cold engine?

i need to see if it's normal, i just adjusted it as the manual says to get the lever closer and have a better clutch engagement compared with my hand

there's also a few few mm of freeplay when i pull it while it engages

but idk if i did it right so if anyone can help pls 🙏
